Notes: My food styling really leaves something to be desired, doesn’t it? This picture doesn’t look that great. But I can assure you, the soup is excellent. It’s creamy and pumpkin-y. The wild rice adds a nice bit of texture and bulks up the soup to make it more of a meal. I’ll absolutely make it again, maybe adding a little something different – maybe ginger. Nutmeg. Fresh rosemary. Point being, it’s a soup worth messing with… even if my photography isn’t the best.
