Notes: Ridiculously long dessert name, am I right? But that is indeed what these are. I made them to take to a post apple-picking potluck, figuring they’d be a good autumnal dessert. I’d say reviews have been mixed. Some people really loved them. Jack thought they were too sweet, which is fairly shocking coming from a kid, though I may have put too much caramel on them. As for me, my expectations were high. I love butterscotch brownies. And pumpkin. And salty/sweet combinations. And, given their potential, I thought they were just okay.
