Pumpkin Product Review: Pumpkin Cake

Review:Β The recipe bills this as pumpkin bars, but to me, the texture is pumpkin cake. It is a solid recipe, exactly what this cake should taste like. I made it to make to our neighborhood block party, so I didn’t follow my inclination, as Frances Green’s granddaughter, to put nuts in it. That would have made this even better. Oh, and because I’m a genius, I used pumpkin creamer instead of cream in the icing. Jack said, “Mmmmmm!”
