Cost: Ingredients are all kitchen staples, assuming you consider canned pumpkin a staple, which at this point, I do.
Review: I made these for a bake sale at work. They are excellent – moist (sorry if you hate that word, but it is accurate), chewy, and with solid pumpkin flavor. I added white chocolate chips. They’d also be good if you added walnuts. Cream cheese icing wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
